Mr. Biscoglia is Vice President of Madison Consulting Group and holds a CPCU designation, as well as a bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Georgia. As manager of the compliance services unit, Mr. Biscoglia has developed user manuals reflecting the compliance reporting requirements for most commercial lines regulated by the National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI), Insurance Services Office (ISO), and various independent insurance bureaus/departments. In addition, he has held seminars and workshops on compliance reporting processes and issues.
