Dr. Crawshaw is President
of Madison Consulting Group and holds bachelors and masters
degrees in Mathematics from Oxford University, England and
a doctorate in Mathematics from the California Institute of
Technology. Dr. Crawshaw began his actuarial career in 1984
working for a large national consulting firm in California.
Prior to joining the predecessor firm to Madison Consulting
Group, Dr. Crawshaw had four years of consulting experience.
During his career, Dr. Crawshaw has worked in many areas of
property/casualty consulting.
Dr. Crawshaw is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society
(FCAS) and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA).

John Gleba, FCAS, MAAA | view

Mr. Gleba is Secretary/Treasurer
of Madison Consulting Group and holds a bachelors degree in
Mathematics from Keene State College. Mr. Gleba began his
actuarial career in 1987 as a summer intern to a regional
property/casualty insurance company. Prior to joining the
predecessor firm to Madison Consulting Group, Mr. Gleba had
three years of experience at a state insurance department
and three years experience at a major national property/casualty
insurance company. Mr. Gleba also served on a workers’
compensation oversight board, a legislative committee charged
with overseeing various state agencies with regard to workers
compensation insurance.
Mr. Gleba is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS)
and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA).

Benjamin E. Biscoglia, CPCU | view

Mr. Biscoglia
is Vice-President of Madison Consulting Group with management
responsibility for the statistical/compliance reporting department.
He holds a bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University
of Georgia. Mr. Biscoglia began his insurance career
in 1996 at the predecessor firm to Madison Consulting Group.
During that time, he has developed user manuals reflecting
the compliance reporting requirements for most commercial
lines regulated by the National Council on Compensation Insurance
(NCCI), Insurance Services Office (ISO), and various independent
insurance bureaus/departments. In addition, he has held seminars
and workshops on compliance reporting processes and issues.
Mr. Biscoglia is a Chartered Property/Casualty Underwriter
(CPCU).

Dr. Smalley is a consultant
at Madison Consulting Group and holds a bachelors degree in
business administration from The Ohio State University. He
also holds a masters degree in statistics and a doctorate
of economics from Virginia Polytechnic and State University.
Dr. Smalley began his actuarial career in 1996 at a major
insurance advisory organization. Prior to joining Madison
Consulting Group in 2003, he had four years of consulting
experience at a major actuarial consulting firm in Atlanta,
Georgia.
Dr. Smalley is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society
(FCAS) and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA).
